Aero Chicago Parkour Segment on LXTV

Ryan "Cloud" Cousins

Alex "Fresh Face" Meglei

Michael "Styilis" Horvath

Cody Beltramo

Our good friends at Aero Parkour got tapped to do a segment for a late night NBC tv show called "LXTV" (view their site here: http://lxtv.com/) which showcases underground or new wave movements in various cities such as LA, NYC, Chicago, etc. They got Ryan "Cloud" Cousins who is a co-founder of Aero Chicago Parkour to talk briefly about the basics of PK, how the group got started, and what their message is. Also he got fellow traceurs Michael "Styilis" Horvath, Cody Beltramo, and LBP member Alex "Fresh Face" Meglei to do some PK/Freerunning with him as a demo. Here is the segment, which aired after Saturday Night Live last Saturday:

LBP Stunt Practices

Here's some examples of what our stunt practices normally look like, and what we tend to train in specifically. It also gives a look at every member and the variety we have as a stunt team across the board. The next post will focus on our locations and practice times. Enjoy!

Rex Dickhouse, P.I. - Episode 1: "Dropping Dueces"

Rex Dickhouse, P.I. - Episode 1: "Dropping Dueces" from Emmanuel Manzanares on Vimeo.

Rex Dickhouse, P.I. is the combined idea of Alex Hashioka and Emmanuel Manzanares. The story goes that they were helping Brian Connelly, who runs Asylum Stunts, out with shooting a demo fight that included a 2 against 1 and gun disarm. However, Emmanuel decided to make a comedy mini short of this scenario and Alex Hashioka helped him decide on characters and plot devices. All in all, random and awkward hilarity ensue. Enjoy!
