Originally shot back in June on location in Los Angeles, Emmanuel collaborated with the Thousand Pounds Fight Team as well as two other stunt peers to create his take on the "martial arts western". Taken from various inspirations and sources, the concept of the characters revolve around four different regular types of thematic characters normally seen in westerns, which are The Ranger, The Outlaw, The Priest, and The Man from Nowhere. Originally, the idea was handed down for possible work, but Emmanuel was allowed freedom to create the world and characters in his way, while keeping in some key looks and ideas that were required.
