Keith Min hosting new Tai-Chi Seminar on Sunday, Jan. 16th!

Happy New Year everyone! Apologies for not updating the blog. Here's some quick updates:

1. For those in the Chicagoland Area whom are interested, LBP Stunts member Keith Min is holding another Hsing-I and Tai Chi kung fu seminar at LA Boxing (located at 8 East 9th St, Chicago IL) from 1pm - 3pm on Sunday, January 16th. Keith will be going over basic Hsing-I applications, as well as going over the Lao Jia (old form) of Tai Chi. The seminar consists of:

-Warm up
-Form/Applications
-Self Defense Drills
-Chi-Kung exercises/cool down
